Video editing for YouTube creators and brands: retention, motion and VFX for people going global. Led by creative director Carlos Pedroso.
02 // Manifesto
Every creator needs a video professional. When that professional thinks like a creator, they stop just executing and start delivering results. The money is just the consequence.

Starts his own YouTube channel. Script, camera, hosting and edit: 5k subscribers, 146k views, 40 to 67% average retention.
From the store floor to marketing, after a deals video he made was adopted by the company.
Marketing coordinator: team of three, BRL 50k monthly budget, four brands, three store openings.
Moves from design to video. Narrative, direction and VFX are his, and he becomes the face of the brand.
Founds Pedroso Films, a creative direction and advanced post-production studio.
3D and VFX to sell high-end apartments that did not exist yet.
Selected by CazéTV to produce a Chapecoense feature in Chapecó, with recurring activations expected.
Editing for creators and brands going global.
Real pieces, grouped by niche. They run on their own; hover one to hold it.
Companies that need to explain an impact, not just show it.
Our biggest cinematic pieces. Conceived by us from the storyboard to the final grade.
Launches of buildings that do not exist yet, sold before the first brick.
Supermarket chains: launches, offers and store events.
People who live on camera and need the viewer to stay until the end.
Financial brands that need trust on screen: the presenter stays real, the world around him changes.
The client recorded in an ordinary room. Face, gesture and timing stay exactly as shot.
Training, fights and match day, cut for energy.
Post-production is our specialty, and many projects start right there, with the raw footage. When a project needs more, we cover it from the first conversation. The creative direction is approved before the edit, so the film is born approved and revisions stay small.

Who the client is, and who the client's client is.

The whole creative universe, approved before the edit.

We are remote and do not shoot. We build whole worlds from very little.

Our specialty. Hands on: the plan becomes the film.
From 2014 to 2017 Carlos ran his own YouTube channel: script, camera, hosting and edit. It is where the creator side of the studio comes from, and the same logic he edits with today.
Two videos from the channel. The line is how many people were still watching at each point of the video; above 100% at the start means people rewatched the opening.
Real footage from our sets. Storyboard in hand, monitor checked, every take planned for the cut.

We don't sell 3D; editing is the core. When a project calls for CGI on real footage, it is quoted separately. Here is a real job, opened up.

A real job, opened up: the helicopter we built in 3D and composited into drone footage. Modeled, mapped, lit and tracked so the effect looks shot, not generated.
